OUTBACK BOWL TRIP:
The Hilliard Bradley High School Jaguar Marching Band will travel to Tampa, Florida during this year’s winter break from Tuesday, December 28, 2010 thru Sunday, January 2, 2011. The schedule includes traveling by bus to Florida, an evening parade performance in Tampa, and a nationally televised halftime performance during the 2011 Outback Bowl. While the trip is not mandatory we hope that there is sufficient student interest to allow us to participate. The trip cost is approximately $800.00 per student. Trip payments are to be made on or before the specific dates listed below. The final price of the trip is subject to change and will ultimately depend on the total number of people going.
Student Payment Schedule:
April 15, 2010 $100.00
May15, 2010 $165.00
September 15, 2010 $165.00
October 15, 2010 $165.00
November 15, 2010 $174.00 – or balance due

Help with Concessions and add to your student's account
We are at the start of another new year and another new sports season. This year at Bradley at will be sharing concessions with the Athletic Boosters. At football games we will be working side-by-side. For the other sporting events we will be sharing the duties for both indoor and outdoor for the entire year.
Football is the biggest of all the events and Music Boosters needs to supply 18 workers for each home game. There are also 2 football games at our stadium we will be working concessions for but we aren't playing in.
Concessions is the primary way we make money for the Music Booster program. We are hoping by spreading out the events more people we be interested in participating. As an added incentive for each event you work $5 will be credited to your students account to help with fees.
To make things simpler we have started a concessions sign up program. It's simple. You register once. Then sign up for what events you wish to work. The program has a complete of the fall events, the date, and the sport. At the moment we have it set to a maximum of 5 fall events per registered person. This may change and is to give every one a chance to sign up.
